Shipping policy
- Please make sure that your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure faster, safer and efficient delivery.
- Once order is placed, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed. Do note that shipping time does not include processing time.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Your parcel will take up to 30 days to arrive for most U.S. orders and up to 45 days for International orders.
- All orders are shipped with tracking number. Once your order is processed and updated to the courier system, you will receive the tracking number from us. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for updated tracking to become available. You can track your order here.
- If your order consists of multiple items, do expect the order to be shipped to you in one or more parcels separately.
Delays and longer shipping times:
- We endeavor to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible, however, unexpected shipping challenges such as customs delays, postal delays, bad weather, festive holidays or any unforeseen events which may affect delivery—Allthingscurated shall not be responsible for delays that are beyond our control.
- Any unexpected events that should occur, please allow for 2 to 3 weeks in addition to standard shipping time for your parcel to be delivered to you.
- We would therefore, advise all our customers to place their order early for special occasion, so that the order or gifts have the best chance of arriving in time.
Shipping cost:
- Orders over USD130 will be eligible for free shipping.
- Orders under USD130 will be charged USD14.95 for shipping to the United States and Canada; USD13.95 for the rest of the destinations. Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
