Refund policy

We strive to provide the necessary support and service to your satisfaction after you have purchased from us.
Please inspect your orders upon reception and contact us immediately and within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For the fastest resolution, please contact us at contact@allthingscurated.co.
Exchange
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. But if the item received is damaged or defective, we are more than happy to arrange a replacement for you. Please submit photographs of the damaged/defective item as digital evidence with the Order Number within 48 hours when reporting this issue to us.

Refunds
You will receive either full refund/replacement for package that is lost during shipping or never got delivered to its final destination. We will also offer full refund if the damaged/defective item received cannot be replaced due to unavailable stock. Our customer service team will review the request and you will be notified on the status of your refund (or replacement) accordingly after we have completed the investigation process. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Do note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

Order Cancellation
We allow our customers to cancel their order and obtain a refund from us after the order has been placed and the order confirmation email has been sent by us. Customers who wish to cancel their order should notify us by sending an email to contact@allthingscurated.co within 24 hours for such request. Our Customer Service team will review the cancellation request and upon approval, we will process and issue the refund to the customer within 3 business days. Unfortunately, if the request is not made officially to us within the 24-hour window of time, we are unable to accept your cancellation request once the time has lapsed.
